Created from organic, chemical and dye-free wool, our Nepal Dryer Balls are more than just laundry accessories
The local women of Kathmandu, Nepal gather inside an airy, corrugated iron shed, where they are greeted by the diligent sound of an old Muskan sewing machine and mounds of ethically-sheered fleece.
The women set to work pulling, shaping, rolling and bathing the soft, warm fabric by hand, until an army of white woollen balls carpet the floor out the back, each one perfectly similar to the next.
As part of dōTERRA’s Co-Impact Sourcing program, this initiative gives underprivileged women the skills they need to improve their economic wellbeing and gives us access to lovingly handcrafted Nepalese Wool Dryer Balls
